Our residences are housed in elegant, air-conditioned executive homes, providing over 5,000 sq. ft. of beautifully maintained shared living space. Students also enjoy access to private, fenced backyards and spacious patios, perfect for relaxing or connecting with fellow residents.

MSR features four gender-specific residences to suit your preference:

Safety of our students is of the utmost importance. You will be comfortable in knowing that we go to great lengths to provide a safe environment. Property Managers and other staff are on call and available to assist when needed.
The doors of each residence are locked 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each resident has a secure access code to gain entrance to the Residence.
Only students living in residence and Mississauga Student Residences staff have access .
Mississauga Student Residences passed all Fire Safety Checks by the Chief of Mississauga Fire Department.
Mississauga Student Residences passed all Safety Inspections by Mississauga Building Inspectors.
